To top it off , Phillip price is extremely competitive which really helps as it would have been a shame to  not be able to hire him just because of budget.  Once hired, Phillip led the home inspection process from front, he helped find other great service providers for auxiliary inspections like Septic and Chimney and was able to arrange all in same day. Just beautiful ! I did not had to make a single call, I did check reviews of service providers Phillip arranged and they were great to work with as well and expert in their respective crafts.  On the day of inspection, Phillip was bright and early , when I got there, Phillip was done with few outside areas but took the time to explain everything in detail tp us from start.  Phillip was very methodical and detail oriented in not only inspecting everything but explaining to us in detail , even though he would have mentioned these thing in reports. At the end of inspection , we were given a very detailed home maintenance book/brochure which is going to be very useful.  par excellent service Phillip provides does not stop here, we got the report same day in evening with relevant pictures and videos, not to mention closing the loop with related service provides in septic and chimney , which we also received very fast.  I recommend Phillip and his company 100 % , he would be my go to guy for any home inspection need from here on. Even my Agent admired the professionalism and  quality of work Phillip provided to us and noted to recommend him in his network. Professional, thorough, courteous, and punctual. We had a residency inspection on a house we are looking to buy and were very impressed with the level of detail Phil Netti provided. He inspected the entire surroundings, outside of house, backyard, under the deck, garage, including top shelves, attic, basement - entire ~3,000 sqft house and all plumbing, electric and heating elements. While we were present Phil gave us an in-depth walk through pointing out minor, marginal and major defects/safety issues, answered all questions and advised on how to fix the issues, e.g. what type of professional can do it and how urgently it needs to be taken care of. The following day we received a multi-page comprehensive report with all pictures of the defects, including level of severity (minor/major), description and type of professional help needed to fix it. There is absolutely no way we would notice most of the safety issues by ourselves. Now that we do, we can take measures as needed. Highly recommend CRAFTSMAN Home Inspection Services! read less

Tried every button, knob, faucet, toilet, checked every appliance, window, and major mechanical. We agreed in advance what the scope of the report would be and he stuck to it with laser guided focus to make sure we got exactly what we paid for.
